“Be kind. Remember everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle,” wrote T. H. Thompson. Have you got that? Pain and suffering are a part of everyone’s lot in life. No one escapes. You never know what disappointments are behind the smiling faces of other people. So the next time you are about to spout off harsh words to another person, think before you speak and make them kind instead. Your kind words will never be thrown away. “Kindness is a language which the deaf can hear and the blind can read,” said Mark Twain.

Q: Hey boys, what would be a good wintertime supplement regimen to keep me and my family healthy this cold season?

I believe every one of us was put on this earth to fulfill a divine purpose, and when we are in a bad relationship or an unsuitable job, we are not in alignment with our soul’s purpose on this earth. Sometimes we have to be spiritually ‘pushed’ to get out of our comfort zone and take positive action. In my case, I had to learn a few lessons before I could become a mentor to others. Sometimes our gifts come in ugly wrapping paper. It took landing in the mental health ward before I became liberated and took charge of my life.
