We all know there are many things that are good for our health: leafy greens, exercise, and a good night’s sleep. But did you know that adding travel to this list has many added health benefits? That’s right, I just gave you a prescription to travel! And right now, it’s my favorite time of year – vacation time! Even though summer is when most vacations are taken, I recommend my patients take wellness vacations all year round to promote optimal health and wellbeing.
