8th of the month if you need help designing your ad.

PAYMENT IS DUE PRIOR TO PUBLICATION: Ready-to-print ad and payment must be RECEIVED by the 12th of the month prior to publication. We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please make check payable to WNC WOMAN and mail to: WNC Woman, PO Box 951, Marshall, NC 28753. Include with your payment the size of the ad, number of insertions, a contact person and phone number and any additional information we should know.

ACCEPTABLE FORMATS: Ads must be generic EPS, PDF, or JPG file, 300 dpi. (We cannot accept application files such as Quark, Publisher, Illustrator, Word, etc.) Convert fonts to outlines for EPS files and embed fonts for PDFs. PLEASE BE CERTAIN THE AD YOU ARE SENDING IS THE CORRECT WIDTH AND HEIGHT! (Sorry we do not accept ads on paper or that have been scanned, due to inferior image quality.)

Email your ad to [email protected]. Include in the body of the email the size of the ad, number of insertions, a contact person and phone number and any additional information we should know.

DESIGN SERVICES including modification and redesigns are billed in 15-minute increments at a rate of $60 per hour (minimum $15).  AD DESIGN IS FREE WITH A 12-MONTH CONTRACT. Content must be submitted by the advertising deadline of the 8th of the month.  Images/graphics must be at 300dpi, not from a website.  A proof will be provided via e-mail.

Please do not give us material that is your only copy!! We do not assume responsibility for the return of materials you give us to create your ad.

**COLOR PRICES: AN ADDITIONAL 20% for 1x, 4x or 6x contracts (or FREE with a year’s contract)

Also, we have these Prepayment options:
Prepay 6 month contract, get 1 extra ad at the end of contract (7 ads for the price of 6!)
Prepay 12 month contract, get 2 extra ads at the end of contract (14 ads for the price of 12!)

THE FINE PRINT: WNC WOMAN reserves the right to reject any advertisement, in whole or in part, and reserves the right to print the word “advertisement” on any ad that resembles editorial copy. Advertisements are published with the understanding that the advertiser and/or agency is authorized to publish the submitted material. The advertiser and/or agency agrees to indemnify and hold WNC WOMAN harmless from and against any loss or expenses resulting from any disputes of legal claims based upon the contents or subject matter of such advertisements, including claims or suits for defamation, libel, violation of privacy, plagiarism, and copyright infringement.
