AD DEADLINE: 12th of the month prior to publication for ready-to-print ads, 8th of the month if you need help designing your ad.

PAYMENT IS DUE PRIOR TO PUBLICATION: Ready-to-print ad and payment must be RECEIVED by the 12th of the month prior to publication. We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please make check payable to WNC WOMAN and mail to: WNC Woman, PO Box 1332, Mars Hill, NC 28754. Include with your payment the size of the ad, number of insertions, a contact person and phone number and any additional information we should know.

ACCEPTABLE FORMATS: Ads must be generic EPS, PDF, or JPG file, 200 dpi for inside ads, 300 dpi for glossy cover ads. (We cannot accept application files such as Quark, Publisher, Illustrator, Word, etc.) Convert fonts to outlines for EPS files and embed fonts for PDFs. PLEASE BE CERTAIN THE AD YOU ARE SENDING IS THE CORRECT WIDTH AND HEIGHT! (Sorry we do not accept ads on paper or that have been scanned due to inferior image quality.)

Email your ad to ads@wnc-woman.com. Include in the body of the email the size of the ad, number of insertions, a contact person and phone number and any additional information we should know.

COLOR: Full-color ads inside are available for an additional charge of $100 per insertion for contracts 3 months or longer, $150 for fewer than 3 months.

DESIGN SERVICES including modification and redesigns are billed in 15-minute increments at a rate of $60 per hour (minimum $15) . Content must be submitted by the *10th of the month. A proof will be provided via fax or e-mail if requested by advertising deadline. Please do not under any circumstances give us material that is your only copy!! We do not assume responsibility for the return of materials you give us to create your ad.

THE FINE PRINT: WNC WOMAN reserves the right to reject any advertisement, in whole or in part, and reserves the right to print the word “advertisement” on any ad that resembles editorial copy. Advertisements are published with the understanding that the advertiser and/or agency is authorized to publish the submitted material. The advertiser and/or agency agrees to indemnify and hold WNC WOMAN harmless from and against any loss or expenses resulting from any disputes of legal claims based upon the contents or subject matter of such advertisements, including claims or suits for defamation, libel, violation of privacy, plagiarism, and copyright infringement.
