Help Us Find The Best Red Carpet Service In WNC

WNC Woman and Red Carpet Learning Systems, Inc. have teamed up to celebrate and reward extraordinary customer service in Western North Carolina! From now until October 31, 2016 we will be accepting nominations for businesses and individuals who roll out the red carpet and deliver a world-class experience to their customers.

1. There are two categories: Business and Individual. The Business that is chosen as the winner will receive 12 free months of advertising in WNC Woman. The Individual who is crowned as a Red Carpet Service Superstar will receive a “Star of the Day” surprise experience, sponsored by Red-Carpet Learning Systems, Inc. A random sampling of the nominees’ stories and examples may be incorporated into Donna Cutting’s monthly column.

2. To nominate a business, send us an email at RedCarpet@wncwoman.com and tell us the following:
a. The name, location, contact info and purpose of the business
b. Why they deserve to win the customer service award.
c. Your name and contact information.
d. Businesses must be nominated by one of their customers.

3. To nominate an individual as a Red Carpet Service Superstar, send us an email to RedCarpet@wncwoman.com and tell us their story:
a. The name of the individual and where they work.
b. What have they done or do they do to deserve the title of Red Carpet Customer Service Superstar?
c. Your name and contact information.
d. The name and of the owner/manager of the business.
e. Individuals may be nominated by a customer, a co-worker, or their manager/supervisor.

4. Be as detailed as possible in your nomination. A panel of impartial judges will be choosing the top five nominees from each category. Nominees from both categories will be judged on the following criteria: Consistency of excellent service, warmth & hospitality, exceeding customer expectations, online reviews (if available), and the WOW Factor.

5. Stories from the five nominees in each category will be featured on the WNC Woman website and Facebook page. Customers and fans of the nominees will have three weeks to vote for their favorites, by hitting the LIKE button at WNC Woman, commenting on the posts there, or Tweeting their vote using the hashtags #WNCWoman and #theRedCarpetWay. The business and individual with the most likes, comments, and votes will win the competition. The winners will be named in the December issue of WNC Woman.

6. All businesses, large and small, and persons located in Western North Carolina are eligible to be entered and win, with the exception of employees of WNC Woman or Red Carpet Learning Systems, Inc. Nominees may come from Asheville, Black Mountain, Swannanoa, Bonne, Brevard, Burnsville, Spruce Pine, Bakersville, Canton, Clyde, Cullowhee, Enka, Candler, Fairview, Flat Rock, Fletcher, Naples, Hazlewood, Hendersonville, Hot Springs, Liecester, Marshall, Mars Hill, Saluda, Sylva, Tryon, Waynesville, Weaverville and Woodfin.

7. No purchase is necessary.

8. Nominees, finalists and winners must irrevocably grant WNC Woman and Red-Carpet Learning Systems, Inc. the right to take and publish photographs, film of and write posts and articles about their business and its employees for printed and online publications, social media, and all media throughout the world, as it relates to this contest.
