The Salt Spa of Asheville celebrates the First Year of Service!

On December 8 it will be one year since The Salt Spa of Asheville opened its doors to offer deeply relaxing and health-promoting Halotherapy (salt therapy) to our community. “Looking back, it has been an incredible experience,” says Ines Clark, who owns and operates The Salt Spa together with her husband Brad and son Ely. “Every day we are blessed to meet wonderful people and we have developed great friendships over the year.

Thanks to the therapeutic dry salt microclimate in the salt therapy room, most customers feel great respiratory improvement and increased overall wellbeing after their sessions. Witnessing the health benefits of Halotherapy is a great joy for us.” The Salt Spa of Asheville regularly integrates other holistic healing modalities that compliment salt therapy, including Halo-Yoga, Vibrational Sound Healing, Meditation and conscious breathing classes.

Their monthly specials are very attractive and popular. One of the highlights of the year was the Free Natural Healing Afternoon at The Salt Spa in October, where local natural health practitioners offered their services at no cost while everyone who attended also received a free salt therapy session. “We definitely will organize an event like this again. It is a great way to experience different natural health methods and bring the community together.”

To celebrate their first year The Salt Spa of Asheville is planning several special events in December: On the 8th, The Asheville Sound Collective will hold a magical toning and sound bath in The Salt Spa where you will be enchanted by the beautiful ambience of the salt therapy room and the sound of crystal bowls and voices. Other events include Halo-Kundalini Yoga on December 2, 2-3 p.m., Conscious Breathing Class, Meditation evening, Halo-Sound meditation with Crystal singing bowls December 1, 6-8 p.m., Open House on Dec. 15, 2-4 p.m. and Special Offers throughout the month. For the Holiday season, make The Salt Spa of Asheville a destination for health promoting gifts. Gift Certificates are also available.
