Strength Courage and Wisdom
Inside of me
I find it
I lose it
this business of being human
I work so hard
And I still seem to be
The same broken human being
Recreating the same circles
And wild roller coaster rides
Hey! where is that spiral?
that mellow wave?
The oneg, argon, nege, argon, oneg...

Ahhhh...there is a rainbow.
I Am new born.
Feet on the ground
Seeing my wounds
My defenses
Copping to them
Apologizing for the pain I inflict
Asking for help
Praying for forgiveness
Learning to take care of myself
Being tender with myself
As the tears fall
And my hand wipes my nose
And India Ari sings, "I am ready for Love
All the Joy and the Pain
All the time that it takes..."

God help me.
It is such a hard job

That my container is
